The differentiation of cells in an embryo has been seen utilizing the methods of dyes for organic molecules in a simple way, a Nobel Prize for color coding the influence of genes independently or in concert in a dimensional context over time.

Animals with higher color vision seem to divide the spectrum according to primaries which also divide the quasic plane that I imagine can confirm higher dimensional influences and some of the more mysterious relations of codons and proteins in a coherent dynamics of higher symmetries.  These influences display evolving paths and directionality as well that tissue abandoned like a tadpoles tail in cell differentiation and integration phenomena.

These same methods can be used to color code (after all from one view the hyper color can have higher analogs to the black and white and vaguely in the hierarchy of light as quantum phenomena such higher color may actually be a physicality and not just matters of philosophy of perception) and analyze in our era the cosmic background- another discovery deemed worthy of a Nobel Prize.

But it is hard to see when things are reduced to the triviality of flatland for clearly we reach points in understanding the cosmos as a totality that give us a sense of skepticism as to the value of such theories boasting too much of what may prove sparse significance amounting to nothing, in depth a sense of finding the reality of life an emptiness.

Birds are said to have four receptors which I suspect enable them to navigate a color wheel of three space and turtles five prime colors thus four space (but what evolutionary reason do these creatures have for them as they cannot fly?)  So while we may not be able to see beyond these colors, beyond the spectrum to higher generalizations

Insofar as applying these simple color methods with growing complex technology, the machines and instruments I imagine can "see" and translate such color phenomena to confirm our awakening theories of what the combinations and structures are in effect for organic and cosmic analogs as similar patterns.

To better understand the successive particle zoo's, to go beyond the spectrum assuming our reality is not constrained as our global understanding unto a flatland totality, we can benefit and awaken to deeper theories suggested as if higher super symmetries not necessarily hidden from our view along with what amounts to a distant but creative exclusion of science models of their grounding in mysticism.

These then can be seen through the dark in principle beyond our parameters and bandwidths of experimentation.  Some are engaged in research who do not realize their hidden assumptions aimed at confirming a theory that amounts to a hidden agenda- such as, and yes it can be a moralistic weapon that does on the face of it conform to the ideal of scientific objectivity, the counters to political or theological traditions and long gone power of those initial and historical orders.  These tenable but not part of the total truth such as the idea of randomness that at flatland excludes God from our models may be such an agenda- thus bad theology and bad science.

This thesis posted suggests we may at least be able to map the multiple influence of genes (and epigenes as another idea we find worthy of the Prize in our era) even if a deeper level proves unreal in this long time stance or debate as to the nature of higher dimensions, as well it may supply a model for the evolution of matter as atoms and galaxies.

In the mathematical or arithmetic part of this we can program the machines to develop the encoding by the idea of say 6 color primaries in five dimensions to which the sub spaces or combinations involve the factorial 6! and the structures I have envisioned involving 36.  Note in the previous posts that 36 plus 52 = 88 in the quasic plane, to that add one for a part of a constant to affirm a constant, 89.  It is the Otto-Conway structure that distinguishes the reading of some gene codons as centered in four or three dimensional space- and idea along with the relating of color vision to "seeing" dimensions by the animals researchers I encountered on line called whacky and did not want to follow the suggestion that the data would prove this out- not just evolution as a matter of  historical and equally applied probabilities and not that a chain of molecules can contain information on the level out of context of an organic system.  But I have not seen the result of that young researchers experiment.

Note:  the illustration above is for a local turtle, the soft shell that is relaxed and sunning itself in the river.  Next to the green turtle it is desired as food and perhaps with powers to enhance our functions as least as a superstition by the Chinese especially who are consuming the worlds turtles now at a rapid pace.  But so far the species here is not endangered.  Sometimes I feel basically lazy so as if things are not disturbed we sun ourselves and breathe in the living as if to sleep despite the dangers in the wild.  Otherwise the turtles, especially if laying eggs, will go fast back into the water if they find me seeing them at a distance or if a crow lands nearby as if to wait for the eggs, mark the nest.

A Generalization of String Theory

A unified theory is not necessarily a generalized theory.  From a deeper view of foundations we can have an alternative generalization of string theory and to a great extent it resembles organic systems.  These trends of thought and learning can be in conflict to the actual or wider picture and where so, in the usual debate as to what is a Platonic or what a formalism stance, amounts to the questioning of creative science and philosophy in physicality and actuality, a quasi-metaphysics considered.

The current attempt to apply and generalize string theory is that of branes as if to expand ideas of dimensions as we understand them.  But a string is considered more or less a linear element reduced to nothingness as the ground to refer to all constants in nature and general measure of scale, and physics functions- it has zero volume. 

Much follows from this speculation that fits to a degree or an acceptable level of the contained anomalies pushed to the actuality of the utility and coherent description of physical functions and systems.  One such divide is how we regard phenomena of expansion or compactification.  A more general string independent or within the context of a more unified system is more a singularity complex that is reduced to an interval as a general string thus of a more diffuse volume which also raises the question of what is the meaning of continuous and discrete in such quasifinite systems.

But given such an entity as a string complex singularity it can act discretely as one isolated entity or in a sense we can ask of it if it at lease potentially contains recursions or copies of itself diffusely or focused to the diagonal that highlights it in a general multidimensional but condensed matrix of matrices.

Such a string model can moreover express the teleoscoping of the thematic content including the metaphysical sense of looping in space or time and in the containment in shells in shells of the content of mass and charge analogs.  This again relates to number theory at its most fundamental level where the many and the one meet as if to declare an integer, and that difference in the prime and natural integers (much as in Kepler's idea of God as the geometrician his models relating to a wider sphere for the scale of things to frame in at least 3D his first scientific falsifiable system of the world) as the general metaphor where creative science meets creative philosophy and where generalized string theory meets the current standard approach.

The brane idea is better generalized also as quasics and the generalization of quasics as generalized brane theory but the term string and brane ultimate describe one system of reality under the general term String Theory.  In any case for the stringers out there the quasimetaphysics of all this should make strings all the more real, as well the role in reality of what in an organic systems can help make a factual foundation for the various theories of evolution.  All this as a background for the general stance on the mysteries of cell differentiation and integration. 

This in particular seems to be enhanced by the dimensional views of the application of prime number colors of so many dimensions of which progress is rapid in molecular biology as a method of showing the various development of patterns in an organism.  In the wider fields of expression the integrated singularities also intelligibly relate to the many or one directionality (of purpose and action) thus replication as geometrically ideas of bifurcation such that we must ask more of the nature of space than the usual why is the world three dimensional.

But of the creative theology I have related speculations which I will briefly include today, as metaphor requiring new terms and symbolic patterns. 

The face of God is the Mind (or quasic generalized Being) of God while we may ask if in the depth or in the face value there is something less or greater than good and evil.

In this metaphor can we ask if God has a soul or spirit, or if a soul in some animal or simulation there may arise some higher form of a greater qualitative evolved system that while generally rare may be the exception in individual beings.  At first glance an animal (lesser than human) may be in a sense conscious but of a distinct level of emergent sentience as far as we may be able to discern of the general case.  In any case the diversity and variety of species as if formed from the same principles of genes or of same elements that reduces such higher diversity and qualities to a dullness of uniformity makes the very find distinctions in the differentiation and integration direction of our ontogeny and phylogeny better defined vague problems and tendencies of our drive to engage philosophy and at least initially passion is intense and the need beyond natural ones and addictions goes unquestioned in scheme of things. 

But of my late theories I still have to relate the wisdom of what these mirrors of gender mean---  I pause here to state the bias on the news yesterday of how we image a woman by being a woman as less capable of science- this is quite an absurd situation as far as fundamental and foundational creativity goes and we are loosing too much of our resources so to expand to new ideas while the old compactification and rule of some existing order stifles theory and development.

The Omnium taken as totality even with the complication or generalization of theories and understanding like those of topology and strings in not necessarily the Mind or Dream of God or that asked what outside of God by the concept of a reaching upward to the Face of God.

In a sense, the PeSla cube which related the limits of the golden ratio to fixed and relative scale space expresses some descriptions and physics as face limits of construction of such entities in the doing as well as the summing to a totality and only tends to be dynamically stable as to what , as in the idea of gluons generalized, is that place that seems to be a meeting of the continuous and the discrete as a unifed complete or empty idea or grounding.

The face of God (as a quasimetaphysical concept) is the mind-as-being of God.  The Omnium is no more the God than it is the stage of God or but a shadow of the dynamic play- lesser theories confuse the issue.  It is quite a different thing to say the earth is alive, metaphorically, and the sun is a god... Or that said of intelligence and any learning or evolving human mental system. In this sense the new physics which tends toward generalized string theory as well as foundational arithmetic of primes may require the postulate of God as essential for the description of physical systems after all if not his direct materiality or debates as to the lineage and the codes imagined in prophesy.  God in principle is beyond these earthly things.

Clearly, Riemann holds to the flatness of a grounding and the golden ratio can connect to ideas of Pythagorean triplets in triangles- that is is a limited assumption if we seek a more general stance for such still recondite and highly intuitive speculations hidden or not to observation and contemplation.  His insights should be advanced to such a generalization of strings and dimensions especially where the density of regular solids have multiple reentry and references to singularities as multiply connected or not.

Where we can imagine a new physics, mathematical or not, with proof like detail, we can also imagine, for ill or good, transcending our present cultural systems and views of life.

The search for a general theory converges to the issues of the foundations of arithmetic, the coat of number theory that we out grow like hermit crabs seeking larger natural or artificial shells as his exoskeleton molts.

We sense the inadequacy of the calculus as such a limitation where it concerns limits as well the inadequacy of exponentiation and algorithmic method conflicts as in brane charge or heat transfer descriptions.

Complex number methods and prime distribution formulas that work by counting and ideas of span expansion, and pi generated from nine previous digits in hex does indeed apply to the internal heat of stars while the escape or the decay as a bifurcation grounding and twists can also be binary.

In particular there can be representations between the quaternion and octonion aspects of a quasic grid counting space where the generality in principle does not require, as there is structural default and levels of actualization smaller than the scale of uncertainty the extended summation of previous numbers which are before the fact a given in the shift of the idea adding some value or constant. 

The inverse square law, viriality, condenses to the inverse prime square laws as a grounding of the general ideas of primes defined and perhaps the trace in a general space may hold the pattern to sift them comprehensively, universally and locally- or the process defaults to a structural design in real time yet the lantern as a test as with the prediction of the weather is also of this new level of physical unity and complexity.

Pitkanen crystallizes the concept so to intuitively assert of find the foundations as a wider action theory as things are so added.

In dream or condenser-capacitor space the prime and natural difference co-reduce linearly as an actual structure or phenomenon of physicality at singularities to singularities in hyper-dimensional trace diagonals (wormholes with default or actual action).

I am sure there are many more wonderful things to be found short of the Omnium and beyond our standard ideas of space, its topology and algebra-arithmetic, at the intuitive Ramanujan frontiers to which I feel he either knew or sensed as a quasic structure behind the scenes in the freedom of his consideration of steps made in certainty.  I would suggest that his assertions where he did not reduce say the golden numbers to one symbol was careful so not to assert without such certainty where the formulas suggest such substitution in a world where the substitution can be hidden but needed also.  This too a dynamic of the creative theoretical process.

"Between awake and dreaming a golden ark of doubled walls build up charges and lighting balls..."

Metaphorically a key philosophical idea here is that Matter, mass is found and grounded in the 'Dream of God' thus the name Dream-space.  In the dynamics and structural stereonometry of this from a scientific viewpoint this difficult speculation that may be a rational and intelligible description of physical being amounts to the question of the nature of substance and memory as if a form of n-dimensional printing but in a wider sense of what is real in the metaphysics of emptiness.

The theory asks a fundamental question as to if our methods of mathematics, as well as what nature seems to utilize in her structures and growth of objects in it, is a artifact of triviality or a general principle of dynamic greatness in the applying or expression.   For the theoretician we ask if in the hidden space of our dreams do these have content of meaning at least what is or appears as some of the time that the truth of such a system developed is the reality.

In particular we focus the artifact or coincidence in numbers, especially the foundation of integers and of the differences logically in the addition and multiplication operations where it involves number theory and the irrationals as golden and other such proportions that sum to local extensions as if a limit or as if a unity to act toward if ever to reach while the reaching.

*  The multi-shells can mirror each other as mulch-containers in containers while the order of its subparts need not be in more than a general sequence outside a shell itself in relation between shells.

*  This property also is the ground for superconductivity phenomena in Bucky Ball like structures on some apparent hierarchy of action and scale. 

*  These are generally quasi-measurable or quasi-countable as the count involves shifts also of number in wormhole or here the 'Capacity Space' where the concept of physicality involves in the anatomy of corpuscles is quasi-quasic similarities as the core issue in logical paradoxes in physics.

*  This is a trans-Eulerian topology in the structural counts and as a Trans-standard theory corresponds better with the ideas of the newly discovered metaphorical trans-standard particles.

*  The counting of these wormhole particle structure matrices suggests a linear sequence in the complex as if to the vaster array these act in the way the main diagonal does in normal arrays.

*  Theoreticians born either a few years before or ahead of the next generation have advantages and disadvantages due to the era and concerns around their birth.  In a more general sense where a theory seems alien or even incomprehensible due to this it is hard to see where another theoretician is far ahead in the game and easy to see where far behind and dated.  To understand the significance and the sense of beauty when solving and awakening to a new idea that has hard fought for grounding (in this case we do well by allowing proofs to a point to build upon over the fears and thrills of shear speculation) is a difficulty of which in our estimation and interpretation of the ideas of others amounts to this same description of capacitance or dream space as if there is a higher analogy to the interpretation of quantum mechanics as a subjective level influence or of physical reality.

*  In this quasi-intelligible sense of counting the elements of the table in tables of the quasic grid the justified substitutions of numbers as if to explode at one point in a sequence or series come from the idea that on some general or ultimate level of the span and depth of descriptions the nodes and the cell content of the grid are the same or equivalent mathematical and philosophic objects.

September 23 :  Late in posting I plan the next one, the germ of an idea that takes advantage of the principles above to be called  Distributive Prime Patterns & the Politics of People or
Unified Primes Pattern Systems,  which considers a generalization of how we define the prime numbers in view of the quasic and wormhole ways to organize topological and algebraic spaces.

For those who have followed or will follow my awakening of reasoning in this blog, here beyond those spaces into the aspects of the physics level I call the Omnium, it is a questioning of my own first blush conception of differences in the quasic grid and the contents- that is what I called the epsilon-delta idea.

The problem of distribution of the patterns of primes beyond the familiar or traditional level of investigation as a unified theory will include special developments of higher prime number ideas among them the p-adic and so on.  This continues to generalize things and question the limited foundations of a pure quasic conception of space also- in fact particles are at least a merger of Pitkanen and my ideas.

I notice today Lubos actually talks about one consideration I put into my manuscript in relation to this yesterday- we know in normal space that had to do with gravity that Einstein's thought experiment that leads to equivalence principle that we may stop but not reverse gravity as in a falling elevator.  Yet he even knew there was differences beneath certain event and other boundaries.  I question the model of Tyson in particular where by stretching and squeezing that if one fell into a black hole he would bifurcate. But what is this but a 2 to the nth, and moreover the patterns that would take this bifurcation to what approaches a continuous description (for beyond this is the new level of mathematics and physics concerning number) and the Eddington idea of the adding of one or anything such as the value of mass to an equation or say any such constant as addition including the primes Mersenne to the more general trace and pattern of what makes a prime in omnium general space.

We should not also the idea of flatness as Lubos mentions as not just a coincidence of scale or exploding equations as a quantum idea that get ever more chaotic but a foundational stance of the existence of what I now call the higher dream space or capacitor space.

Can anyone say really if such a dream space that the Dream that accepts our curvatures of falling as receptive to our dream designs cannot be an actual Deity? or in some special cases if we can reverse gravity as such that where there is emptiness thought we may find evil after all- of course if I follow Rowlands I have gone on to generalize a metaphysical principle here on the nothingness- yet it is clear we need to understand better the foundations of number and as well generalized the quantum idea (of which the universe and its principles may be grounded in computation as the quasifinite between the steady state and the dynamics evolving and static forms that too being a sort of higher equilibrium.  I leave it to the reader to decide how this relates to ideas of dark matter and so on in general...
