In my bestiary of the particle zoo I add the Leopard Man, sometimes therion (-beast)is a suffix meaning monster in a sense (perhaps a synchronicity with Monster Group) in any case there are a lot of synchronous connections today so I have presented the technical math part first and will have general comments on such Hinton like methods. Let me just say things are very complicated now and my earlier three space efforts seem so much easier encountering these complexities in four space. It tells me I would benefit from a more formal searching. Yet I come today with a little anthropology and romance, after all Holy Newton on color was not the only greatest genius, there is Goethe too. Yet sometimes I think I have created a monster, our hearts the mad scientist Frankenstein who sees the dance of frog legs and batteries and builds up a theory from parts to make a unified beast. But we know how that story ends dramatically in the book at least- the monster knows that he was not meant to be so created and though he does not know it he decides to go and die into the ice calves to make things right despite his humanness.

And what is this myth of the humanness in us but a world view we infer from some past or future dreams, from former times when we were less concerned with passion and materialism and dwelt, evolved, with Jungian like ideas of our imaginary friends and spirit animals? So says Hank Wesselman, more or less on shamans and anthropology, from his student and home islands he builds a myth like Castaneda and quotes generously from Joseph Campbell. From his book Medicine Maker I take the term Leopard Man, one who misses us in the rise to bipedalism and as all such spirits that which contains the history or works of man - if we understand that the spirit world and the ordinary world are one and not necessarily a multiplicity of complexities. Oddly enough, since this work was published some of Hanks speculations on the what happened in anthropology has been verified by articles in sciencedaily and elsewhere.

But I needed such a beast to stand up and walk upright as particles and stars do when they break into jets (see Kea's post today, and Ulla's- in fact I had a post before this I did not post for it involved some further generalizations of Ulla's idea) - gee there is so much to organize here but I do see the complex notations and ideas of the science part easier today rather than despair as my monsterhood and chimeric stitches and scars. Some of this came from an article yesterday that tried to explain a very bright gamma burst as if it were head on. And some came from Pitkanen's reasonable question to Lubos. For such rays, structurally when we combine my colored hypercubes of yesterday are jets of the Leopard Man. It is the haunting idea of 8 colors as in my pion picture (mostly guessing then so do not read the charges of the eh fields as but and example informal not an assertion) of 1968 one can see on my spheredream photo steam. (all links supplied later). That and trying to make sense of what TGD means by octet (for eight cubes as parts of hypercubes may focus into a ray or beam or jets- lines really.)

And a stray statement that lingers to mull over the next day- "Fano symmetry may itself become broken...) We still must face tachyon ideas and spinors and yet it is not clear these things exist in science and not in the body biplasm, the mind, psi plasm, nor in a wider ectoplasm to use the same meaning really mentioned by Hank.

Another reason to choose Leopard Man was how he, in the chapter called that, changes the background and spot colors, becomes all spots, then vanishes leaving the spirit traveler in some future and simpler earth after society has exhausted its easily mined metals. This a question of time also.

For the record I did not have such an imaginary playmate as Hank says he did. I do recall around 6 or so not wanting to go into the foyer at night because of the idea of a black panther- but this came from an old grade be movie- and as a child with my grandma selling the sailors artificial flowers for their dates and Kewpie dolls in long crepe paper dresses- I saw an awful lot of free movies.

One last stray remark although I may add more on this latter today: I am not clear on what a diamond is in TGD, nor the exact role of mouths of and wormholes. But as the theiron leopard vanishings from our geometric poles of vision- its touch and sight- would not the wormholes collapse by these aspects of touch like some say they would if photons back and forth thru them in the vicinity of a black hole, thru time, replicate beyond the capacity to hold them?

Since the beginning of internet distribution this claim for Sacred Geometry has been a sort of warfare between the ideas of Dan Winter and Stan Tennen (www.meru.org). I have talked with both men. So take this all with a grain of salt- Phi is more important than Tennen gives Winter credit for (after all I explained the importance of phi in four dimensions to Dan when he was here trying to talk to our water department.) Tennen was on Art Bell show too and apparently both men either have their ideas taken or claim those of the other.

Now there are some facts here but these have to be thought about from a more scientific and experimental sense - as Rowlands said these mystics do not have a monopoly on what is the legitimate sacred in the geometry.

Of course tornadoes and the eye of hurricanes can be seen as electromagnetic phenomena. Let us not forget the Hirsh tube, a pipe larger on one end and smaller on the other where a spiral of air goes into it- the air coming out through one or the other is hot or cold- Germany used this in the war and firefighters use them for cooling but they are only a third as efficient as other air conditioning methods. How does it work and seem to violate some thermodynamic laws?

Free and zero point ideas of energy how they may exist certainly not as simple as this presentation that seems to fulfill wishful longings with only vague hints of our intuitions. This is not the way to find it.

The periodic table as such, or for that matter any such spiral arrangement of numbers do indeed tell us a lot, and a little differently.

On the other hand I find some rather solid concepts in how you have looked at the geometry and the DNA. (In terms of such helices in fact in your last post) . If we want to find a more scientific way that some phenomena in reality say helps the body heal, or heal others- well that is still in the dolphin world where our healing hands, even at a distance are mere tools to pass the magic on.
For such science these so called sacred geometries so a disservice in my opinion.

On the Difficulty of Seeing Physics as Color Cubes

* For some problems, unless we limit the universe of discourse, we meed to know the general picture before we have the method to guarantee a general picture.

* Why for those who label things with colors or alphanumerically, such as Hinton, who invented the automatic baseball server btw, like Rudy Rucker find them a sort of mnemonic burden? Even Conway for years saw the number three Soma piece as green and it is a pain to translate to my notation of it being yellow. So it is hard to find Hinton's cubes of four space visualization- I still do not know if the 24 valid syllogism corresponds to the one I deduced (which do not fit the standard logic rules but rather are an exception.

* For one thing it puts a rather concrete memory in the labeling- an attempt to standardize some method that we do to make things simplified. We in effect have to make what is really an arbitrary quantum preference where it seems not intrinsically justified- that is we cannot be sure and even wonder if it is good practice. Yet there are examples where some problems of say sorting equal weights cannot be solves unless we label the individual identical pieces.

* So, these seem to be, our model of the world and physics not to but mention sociology, very intimate to the process and structure of how our brain-mind works and as such ties into our emotional states, even well being, even beliefs in general.
In our time such fundamentalism, well Christians make good soldiers said Eisenhower. We are in a paradox of dealing with those who are easily swayed to sacrifice themselves and everything even if a local population of some beliefs and that this perceived threat is after all a presumption of individual guilt of which we hope things return to a more pure ideal of our democracy.

* Stan Tennen is another example where playing around with what amounts to an alphabet, the thesis that the Hebrew letters are aspects of turns of the hand- an idea settled in court if that matters between him and Winter as to who was the discover of this. (Tennen went on to apply it to the Bible Code but the popular literature of the time became more widely diffused as to those priorities.) He while playing with the alphabet (and it seems to me such alphabets in general are subject to the natural limitations of numbers and geometric structures, he felt a flash of a vision on this as if he beheld the totality of the interconnections in his head and arranged it in a spiraling torus.

* But such grounds of visions here seem only of the mental arena. But in a sense where these sort of labels foundation-ally apply they are as if physically concrete as I said this too is a question of memory and what is stored in its shadows.

* Experimental results of a theory may be invisible if the structure exists already as the theory being ubiquitously obvious, all to obvious and free to anyone to expand upon some interpretation, yet reductionist physically as truth not just clearly and abstract truth.

* But there can be analogies (valid as geometrical as analogies go and maybe the last to fall or only ones to stand) of indirect evidence or such methods for some case even if accepted as balance the books accounting. Thus if gravitons are not observable, of which I agree with other bloggers, it does not say if and how they exist or not. This may be similar to the anthropology views of things in things that are not science but real even by a standard arbitrary naming only.

* We certainly have biochemical and obvious anomalies. Why (from a Ulla link) does the DNA reach identity after ten turns around 10.5 turns? Certainly the count, in that counting may convey sometimes the sense of the concrete real where numbers in themselves seem a rather stable example of the concrete in mathematics and language.
That this is half of 21, that is the 3D case of the geometry. If we count the 28 system in 4D there is 7 left over to deal with. Two methanes take the space of two hypertetrahedra and between them the six (7 if we think of the higher center) in the sixteen of them. This sort of focused jet chirality (and anyone who claims it is all magnetism is nowhere near a more general theory) can be integrated to the bidirectional reading of genes as it physically entangles with some level of matter.

*We have a way then to distinguish virulent and non-virulent viruses of the same chemical structure and explain the difference. This abstract general Ulla field tends toward identity (group) resolution up to the inter n-dimensions of an organism as a unified system, which is possibly a 4n "leonic or morphogenic (ie shape changer or Odo) field effect in the organism at a range over it of chemical recognition as receptive non-locality. It does physically consider, accept or reject the code of even other species. (To make this clear, a magic bullet that goes to a specific area for example, or perhaps if we add porcine genes to some place in say the arm that without no physical connection cancer could develop elsewhere in the body.) The abstract loops and connections here with wider internal symmetries, may on some foundational level be pre-knots or loops in the information flow where it is absolute that the flux or flow of things is not open to simple labels. Still, as simple as spacetime continuous considerations externally to these implied complicated internal symmetries the paths are lagged or take time, endure awhile and reflect some idea of mass similar to the lag of the magnetic to electric fields.

Guess that makes me a crackpot too, Matti. But there are times I despair of the work in its complexity for work is hard and memory in depth a matter of calories and so on- and yet my posting looked from outside, it is too wide and connected to be true sometimes I feel like it today- that needed and sane doubt on the frontiers. But what if in the edifices we build we awake enough to measure and see through our own perceptions and dreams- but do I really believe with Jung that we may be a projection of him rather than he us, that therianthrope cat? Are we not at least masters of our symbols?

In the Leopard Man concept, in discrete quasic space of 8 into a line stacked hypercubes with colors we may develop and idea of discrete orbitals. 7 + 1 + 7 in this case of what to some, in their vague intuitions, imagine as what happens when we sort out the spin of things like the spiral helices above so to claim that charge is there literally on both sides- this is not to say there is nothing quite startling in water (hydrogen) that would benefit from knowing the topology itself.

Amazingly I encountered 70 a lot in my counting researches (as if I took the 35 of the tetrahedron and inverse it with another- but it just a property of Pascal's triangle- perhaps the best of trinities to worship :-)

It applies to the 8 color permutation concept as simply (before other counting) as 1 8 28 56 70 56 28 8 1 = 256 , central of things mirrored 4 x 4 or 16 x 16... let us not forget btw in that article that Dunkin diagrams are generalized.

But let us recall that 3 is a number of very little meaning and much information while aleph 3 would be very much meaning and little information. Shannon's information and meaning are conjugate (the more of one the less of the other) applies here especially in the way we view Trialities and beyond. Thus another reason our brains have not smoothly sorted out our counts and twists and labels.
